1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Woofi services, the user declares to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the platform's Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you should not use the services offered by Woofi.
2. About Woofi
Woofi provides international mobile connectivity solutions through eSIM technology, allowing the contracting, activation, and management of data plans for use in various countries.
3. Registration and Account
To use certain services, the user may be asked to provide true, complete, and updated information.
The user is responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials;
- Ensuring the accuracy of the information provided;
- All activities performed on their account.
4. Acquisition and Use of Services
When purchasing an eSIM or data plan:
- The user agrees to the conditions presented at the time of purchase;
- Activation may depend on device compatibility;
- Service availability may vary by country, partner carrier, and local coverage.
Woofi does not guarantee full coverage in all regions.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by specialized third-party providers.
After eSIM activation or the start of the contracted plan's usage, refunds may not be possible, except when required by applicable law or in situations expressly authorized by Woofi.
6. Acceptable Use
The user agrees not to use the services for:
- Illegal activities;
- Fraud or attempted fraud;
- Violation of third-party rights;
- Distribution of malware or malicious content;
- Any activity that compromises the platform's security.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Woofi, including brands, logos, texts, interfaces, codes, and visual elements, is protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights are transferred to the user beyond those strictly necessary for the use of the services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Woofi shall not be liable for:
- Interruptions caused by partner carriers;
- Problems arising from device incompatibility;
- Third-party failures;
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
9. Suspension or Termination
Woofi may suspend or terminate the access of users who violate these Terms of Service or misuse the platform.
10. Changes to the Terms
Woofi may update these Terms of Service periodically.
Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes will be considered as acceptance of the new conditions.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Any disputes will be resolved under applicable Brazilian law.
