GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WOO-FI®

  1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to  WOO-FI LLC., hereinafter referred to as WOO-FI, in connection with the resale of prepaid eSIM.

WOO-FI at its convenience may accept variant clauses only in the case of an explicit written agreement.

  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

2.1. eSIM RESALE WOO-FI

WOO-FI sells prepaid eSIMs.

The Customer signs up and purchases their SIM cards on the WOO-FI App. Payments are made via Stripe (https://stripe.com/) via your credit card (virtual Credit Card Imprint).

 

2.2. REGISTRATION TO USE FAST SIM GLOBAL SERVICES

After acceptance by the customer of the General Terms and Conditions to use WOO-FI services. The customer provides directly on the APP the following information: Name, Surname, Domicile (billing address) and Email .

2.3. FAST SIM GLOBAL ENGAGEMENTS

WOO-FI is committed to making reasonable efforts to provide quality service to the Customer. However, WOO-FI does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, provided on time and that it will be safe or fault-free.

 

2.4. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS

When using the Equipment or Services provided by WOO-FI, the Customer must not carry out any action: that is abusive, illegal or fraudulent; which causes the network to be harmed or damaged.

By breaching its obligations under Sec. 2.4, WOO-FI may suspend the Customer’s use of the Service. During any period of suspension, Customer will not be released from all Charges due under this Agreement in relation to the suspended Services.

 

2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Ensuring device compatibility with the eSIM is the sole responsibility of the Customer, as well as network unlocking. Device compatibility may depend on the operator and country of origin, the Customer will be responsible for verifying the eSIM compatible devices provided at checkout.

When confirming that the device is compatible with eSIM, the Customer becomes responsible for the veracity of the information provided.

The eSIM compatibility list is not exhaustive, as newly announced eSIM compatible devices may still need to be added.

 

  1. BEGINNING, DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

The service contract between WOO-FI and the Customer begins with the completion of the order on the WOO-FIvia the WOO-FI App.

Activation of the eSIM and knowledge of the Activation Policy are the responsibility of the Customer.

The contract will be terminated if the Customer does not have an active data package or has deleted the eSIM from the target device.

 

  1. CHARGES AND PAYMENT

4.1. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payment for FAST SIM GLOBAL services is made using a credit/debit card or PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Alipay.

The payment currency is US dollars ($).

The credit card transaction will be processed and secured by WOO-FIproviders Stripe ( https://stripe.com ).

 

4.2. USAGE FEES

4.2.1. WOO-FI declares that all charges include VAT unless otherwise specified.

4.2.2. The Customer will not be entitled to offset any of its claims with WOO-FI, except by mere liberality of WOO-FI or by final court decision.

 

  1. DELIVERY

The purchase of the eSIM will be immediately verified by the Customer in the “My eSIMs” tab on the WOO-FI App. After purchase, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. All information for installing the eSIM will only be available on the user’s WOO-FI account.

 

  1. REFUND/CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY

If due to a technical problem at WOO-FI, the eSIM cannot be installed and used, the Customer has the right to request a refund or replacement of the eSIM.

 

6.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

6.1.1. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

6.1.2. A refund request must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase when activation is no longer possible after extensive collaborative troubleshooting.

6.1.3. Cooperation with the Customer is required to resolve the issue promptly before a refund will be granted.

6.1.4. Each data pack has its own validity period. No refund for any service will be offered for the remaining data when the validity period expires.

 

6.1.5. Compensation:

 No refund or remuneration of any kind will be issued due to charges for alternative phones, alternative SIM cards, alternative providers, hotel phones or other charges that are not directly linked to the Customer’s WOO-FI eSIM account. (See section 7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY in our Terms and Conditions)

6.1.6. Fraudulent purchases:
WOO-FI reserves the right to refuse any form of refund if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent activity related to the use of WOO-FI products and services.

 

6.1.7.Unauthorized purchases:

The case will be subject to investigation and approval before processing any refund. WOO-FI reserves the right to suspend any account associated with fraudulent or illicit activities.

 

6.1.8. Accidental purchases:

Once the Customer installs the eSIM, it will be considered used and the Customer will be solely responsible for its use. No refunds will be offered.

 

6.1.9. Incorrect charges:

If Customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or part thereof, Customer must notify WOO-FI of such disagreement within twelve (12) days of receipt of the invoice, providing details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, as much as the Customer considers appropriate. (See details in section 4.2 USAGE FEES in the Terms and Conditions).

6.1.10. Substitutions:

eSIMs purchased exclusively with WOO-FI earned with vouchers can be replaced within 30 days from the date of purchase.

6.1.11. Other reasons:

If the refund request does not fall within the items above, WOO-FI reserves the right to analyze it on a case-by-case basis. If the refund is approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum credit refund a Customer can request must be equal to or less than the total amount paid. 

 

6.1.12. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, the customer must contact the WOO-FI support team via the Contact Us page or send a message to [email protected]. Please be aware that our refund policy above will apply. (CHECK THE EXISTENCE OF THIS SUPPORT)

Depending on the nature of the issue, Customers will be asked to provide further information to support their refund request, such as screenshots of device settings for technical issues or details of why the amount invoiced is incorrect and, if possible, how much the Client considers is owed and other information pertinent to the case.

Customers will have the option to credit back via their original payment method 

Refund for original method: Once the refund is approved and issued, it may take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on the statement, depending on the Customer’s bank.

 

6.2. MODIFICATION

FAST SIM GLOBAL eSIM data packages are offered as is and no further modifications or customizations can be made based on individual requests after purchase.

 

  1. RESPONSIBILITY AND WARRANTY

WOO-FI is not responsible for losses resulting from the constant non-availability of the proposed service.

WOO-FI does not offer a guarantee of constant availability of the network service.
